Front end developer and project lead for the Compliance Toolkit. The Compliance Toolkit is an attempt to automate and standardize the the Authority To Operate (ATO) compliance process.

Develop modifications and plugins for GIANT (GPS Interference And Navigation Tool). Wrote a significant portion of the WebGIANT kml layer generation sub-system.

- Worked to support an existing handheld printer and scanner (the Ultra Pathfinder Platinum 6039). Support included adding new features and functionality, such as a password secured task bar that is tightly integrated into the shell and the JavaScript version of the System API.- Helped design and develop the Platinum's successor (the Sapphire 6052), including the design of the Windows CE side of the print system.- Spearheaded development of the Sapphire's Resource Management system, the Language Neutral Template as the XML-based successor to MPCL, and a full-screen, gesture enabled, soft input panel.- Shortened Sapphire development time by leveraging open source and public domain components like SQLite and TinyXML instead of building custom solutions.- Led a team of software engineers in the successful completion of the Emerald Phase II engineering release.

· Specialized primarily in developing Transact-SQL stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server 2000.· Responsible for encryption and maintenance of database backups, responding to developer requests, and creating interactive reports for customers.· Significantly decreased report development time by designing and implementing a tunnel mechanism between external client sites and internal reporting database in C# ASP.NET, SQL, and Transact-SQL.
