For 21 years, from 1997 to 2018, I have been worked in TLC. Firstly as a trainer and then as a technical author and documentation manager. In the role of trainer, I managed the whole aspects of Training Courses (in terms of Organization and Documentation) for Customers mainly located in Europe.The Training Courses were focused on Optical Equipment and Telecommunication technologies (PDH, SDH, Photonics, Ethernet).In the role of Technical Author, I produced documentation libraries for Optical Products, where I carried out the activities of Technical Writer, Editorial Reviewer and Graphic Illustrator.In the role of Documentation Manager, I managed the whole Documentation project (Requirements, Timeplan, Costs) and I maintained the relationship with Suppliers (that means: Translations, Conversions, Third Party Documentation, Outsourcing - if any).During my last period in TLC (from 2014 to 2018), I have also worked in the System Test (End-to-End verification) dealing with Packet Optical Transport Platform (POTP) and Fronthaul (FH) products. I have been assigned, initially, to the upgrade verification and then to security and vulnerability analysis.In November 2018, I caught a new job opportunity in a Dental and Medical company in the role of Technical Writer where I managed the Instruction for Use (IFU) documentation for all the company's products according to latest Medical Device Regulation (MDR).In October 2022 I joined Swisslog Healthcare in the role of Technical Documentation Manager where I manage the documentation team and I collaborate with all the other documentation departments in the company group to define standard methods and tools, processes and continuosly improving efficiency and quality.I identify and support all documentation needs in the R&D organization, product and project management.I grew up professionally in structured organizations, reaching a good confidence with Processes and Project Management methodologies (waterfall - PROPS, iPROPS - , Agile - Kanban -).Having documented, taught and partly verified almost all the aspects related to the life of a product, I think of being able to actively contribute to the project management.
