CurrentAccountable of guaranteeing the readiness of the support services from an operative stand point. I am responsible for:a) being the Customer -Eurojet and EJ Partner Companies - focal point for the EJ200 Kuwait support services and developing a strong relationship based on collaboration and trustb) assuring the design and the set-up of the Customer Support Service solution as well as identifying key milestones, measuring progress of the activities and implementing mitigation plans for possible criticalitiesc) leading the definition of technical and infrastructural requirements of the In-Country facility, coordinating its acceptance and driving the installation and commissioning activitiesd) ensuring that all enabling factors and processes are identified and implemented in order to guarantee a smooth Entry Into Service of the fleete) supporting the contract obligations accomplishment and achieving Customer satisfactionf) conducting risk analysis to reduce risks and maximize opportunities
