About David Eccleston

Working in talent management and learning for 25+ years David has extensive experience of designing and implementing a wide range of solutions that enabled individuals and teams to reach their full potential. For much of this time he held roles with global responsibilities which sparked his interest in, and passion for, diversity and inclusion. In addition, for a number of years he managed the global employee engagement survey for the international business division. These responsibilities provided him with a unique set of skills and the ability to weave together talent, learning, engagement and D&I. His passion to help individuals and teams develop to their full potential and the belief that getting the basics right significantly improves employee engagement, and consequently their performance, is the reason why he founded his own consultancy in 2013.
