In that period I was responsible of the E2E of the Content Supply Chain, supply management of the different suppliers that were part of the CSC (i.e. Nagra, Harmonic, Fabbrica Digitale, Microsoft etc…), CDN (i.e. Akamai and Telecom) and DRM (i.e. PlayReady, Marlin, Widevine, Nagra) service monitoring. I had also contributing to the steering group on business setup, integration, testing and delivery of an OTTV platform; conduct, capacity planning, integration test to individuate the best CDN solution to manage VOD and Live streaming to handle the traffic increase of the end users on content playback. Support the Sales team in bids to build new services according to Marketing requirements, and in new business proposals to extend the OTT-TV solutions to new clients. Conduct periodically Project Review Meeting to present the service’s status, post mortem incidents/RCA, report availability/performance KPIs, new CRs/bug-fix deploy plans.In that period I have also been involved in: - an OTT project for the main Dutch IPTV leading player as a support to the Italian team in order to manage the transition of the product after the Nokia Siemens Network’s acquisition by Accenture - a KT project in Manila to train the local team on the Accenture Video Solution service, in order to prepare the onboarding of the Manila’s team on an AVS project to the leading Italian Media's operator
