Responsible for overall team strategy/planning/direction, goal setting, budget, reviews, resource management, project prioritization.• Oversee all aspects of product cataloging from research, through production, and paper/electronic output for over 30,000 parts across more than 400 categories. The regular maintenance, update, and delivery of product catalog information is the backbone of Dorman’s product sales. If a counterperson cannot find a part the sale is lost, period. Team processes over 15 million records annually, adding information for over 2,500 new parts per year. • Led the push for data centralization including documenting and presenting the need, championing the case made to sr. management, leading the search for solutions, and directing the migration of information to new tools.
