I'm currently involved in Tectel SA (Switzerland), as manager focused in Document Management services, Cyber Security and business strategies. I also deal with training courses on document management, IT technologies, Cyber Security and legal regulations.

I was co-founder and Operation Manager at Akili Lab S.r.l.The main part of my job is the Project Management about Document Management, Business Process Management, Business Process Analisys and Business Process Outsourcing.

I worked as Technical and Project Manager at “Delivery S.r.l.” (former property of Pirelli RE Integrated Facility Management S.p.a.).I was involved in the coordination of projects and consultancy services in Italy and abroad, about Document Management and Business Process Management. My job was focused on pre-sales support, project planning, analisys.

During my graduate studies I worked for “Help Assistance S.r.l.”. I started as telephone operator at customer service for Pioneer Electronic Italia S.p.a. Later becoming customer service team leader for Pioneer, Panasonic and Daewoo Electronics. The job was focused on inbound call management: request of suggestions, assistance and compliant management.
