I am an entrepreneur, community-builder, creator, and advocate. I am the Founder of Thrivable, a startup that believes in improving lives by amplifying the patient voice. Medtronic, Abbott, Dexcom, and other leading companies use our platform to understand the "why" behind patient behavior, bringing better products to market faster - ensuring they reach the patients that could benefit most. Previously, I co-founded Diabetes Daily in 2005 after a loved one's diabetes diagnosis. The platform grew to reach millions annually, helping those touched by diabetes achieve healthier, happier, and more empowered lives. Diabetes Daily was acquired by Everyday Health in 2021, marking a milestone in my mission to drive meaningful impact through patient-centered solutions.At my core, I bring people together around shared visions for the future. Whether building startups or fostering community initiatives, I rely on empathy, curiosity, and collaboration to create transformative partnerships that tackle big problems with lasting results—and joy.I am also passionate about fostering entrepreneurship and economic growth in Northeast Ohio. As President-Elect of the Entrepreneur’s Organization, I support business leaders on their journeys to success.
