Directly reporting to Italian MD, responsible of sales budget and PnL of Saronno Branch and responsible (solid line) of a team of 12 sales reps (both field based [5] and office based [7]).The branch is covering the whole north-west area including Lombardia, Piemonte, Valle d’Aosta, Liguria, Emilia Romagna and Toscana and is covering both Key Accounts and regional accounts.Budget definition, business cases for hiring of new employees, promos and special activities with preferred suppliers complete the list of responsibilities.

Directly reporting to Italian MD, responsible of sales budget on assigned market sectors. Main tasks and activities are "hunting" and "farming" key multinational accounts, and developing InsiteTM team.Hunting: find, contact and contract new multinational key accounts.Farming: on existing or recently contracted key accounts, responsible of developing business and sales, according to contractual commitments, through a net of sales rep and InsitesTM across the country. Both sales rep and InsiteTM are dotted line to KAMs.InsiteTM team development: InsiteTM manager is a technical sales rep based on customer premises and responsible to develop profitable business in the plant. Responsible of developing InsiteTM both on dimension (number of open InsitesTM in customer premises) and on cultural improvement (managerial approach vs operational approach).

Responsible for developing new sinergies and cooperations with key multinational companies. Being their main referent in the company, I am responsible for satisfing their needs and for generating sales.

Responsible for developing and improving the market in areas like Austral-asia, Balcans and south west Europe.
