I am a passionate and driven leader in talent acquisition and management, with a focus on renewable and sustainable energy markets. I currently serve as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Management at Captona, a North America-focused investment company dedicated to the Energy Transition and Decarbonization. I am also the Director of Talent Acquisition & Management at Karbone, a fully integrated financial services firm that specializes in renewable and sustainable energy markets. I leverage my skills in new business development, customer relationship management, and human resources to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and to identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth and collaboration.
