My passion is to build teams security teams that want to deliver cyber solutions that work. This includes security teams in agile delivery environments, Security Operations and Security Risk teams. My focus is helping our customers and colleges achieve their business objectives. I enjoy helping others realise the potential of their capabilities and making their jobs rewarding. I thrive on challenge, achieving this through teamwork, mentoring and teaching; where knowledge and skill can be shared and enhanced as an individual and as part of a team. When people are working in teams, they are more productive and more engaged than when they have been isolated.; through this I share my passion for Security.
