My focus is helping our customers and colleges achieve their business objectives. I enjoy helping others realise the potential of their capabilities and making their jobs rewarding. I thrive on challenge, achieving this through teamwork, mentoring and teaching; where knowledge and skill can be shared and enhanced as an individual and as part of a team.
