Never short of energy, I have a natural strength for building networks and new relationships, engaging & managing people, provoking ideas and change in order to growth the business of my Clients.Now I lead the delivery of IoT & Big Data Services @Olivetti (TIM Enterprise), where my responsabilities are:- 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Direct multiple projects from contract to delivery, meeting quality, timing, and budget goals to enhance client satisfaction.- 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Develop comprehensive schedules and work plans, tracking progress and optimizing resources in coordination with the PMO.- 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Lead workstream coordination across external partners (clients, third-party providers) and internal departments (sales, engineering, operations, legal, logistics, ..).- 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗞𝗣𝗜 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Oversee project activities, maintaining alignment with KPIs, including revenue targets and cost objectives.- 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗹 & 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Contribute to bid/no-bid phases, support contract negotiations, and prepare proposals, collaborating closely with Sales on delivery solutions.- 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 & 𝗜𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Identify and manage project risks, document key issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.- 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: Provide periodic updates to top management on project status and strategic insights.
