As Chief Technical Officer, my work at ADC Therapeutics is focused on ensuring safe, high-quality manufacturing of our antibody drug-conjugate therapies including Zynlonta. My specialties and interests include manufacturing operations, QA/QC, technical operations, process and analytical development, regulatory CMC, supply chain, and clinical supply. I have played a role in numerous IND and BLA filings, PAI inspections and product launches for biologics, vaccines, immunotherapies and LBPs. Most notably, I contributed to the BLAs, approval and launches of Keytruda, Gardasil and VOWST.I have more than 20 years in the pharmaceutical and biotech field with a focus in oncology, vaccine and biologics manufacturing, and process optimization including at Merck with the successful first-in-class licensure and launch of cervical cancer vaccines, Gardasil® (2006) and Gardasil9® (2014), and the breakthrough cancer immunotherapy, Keytruda® (2014); as well as Seres Therapeutics’ approval of VOWST (2023).
