Interior design project management and furniture production:- assessing design guidelines dealing with brand managers, shop owners, adv agencies;- designing interiors, fit-outs, furnitures;- managing budget and suppliers;- following the production process;- producing furnitures and components;- monitoring the setting up.

Training and supporting call operators;Coaching operators to accomplish goals;Assessing and improving service quality.

Start-up project to provide Torino with a public transportation service at night in response to youngsters demand for safe night transport:- setting up and coordinating the partnerships among city administration, public transportation agency and student organizations;- collecting sponsorships.
