My technical background, further enhanced by PhD, and the management skills that I have developed with the MBA, together with my most recent work experience, make me suitable for a managerial role in the technical / scientific field, possibly highly innovative.The fields in which mainly focus my skills and my interests include materials science, chemistry, microelectronics and biotechnology.As the figure of the scientist/engineer-manager is not very widespread in Italy, it is potentially of great value to different types of business, especially when, as in my case, it is combined with a wide range of technical and scientific interests, with a pragmatic and helpful approach and with an attitude to sharing / teaching and teamwork.Thanks to my experience in Campoverde, and from a different perspective by strengthening relationships with SME I developed a better comprehension of the challenges connected to technology transfer and dealing with production and process issues.
