Partner Performance Manager
CurrentAs a part of NetSuite's Channel Sales organization, my role is to further quantify partner productivity and effectiveness, so we can continue to evolve our strategy and toolset for increasing Partner success. I am working with our enablement and sales leadership teams to create and implement new initiatives that help us drive growth in Partner new logo license ales, upsell, and uplift on renewals. I am developing new analytics tools and deploying for field sales use globally, using commercial BI tools as well as NetSuite's native capbilities.
