I'm currently working within the Driveline System Analysis and Method group of CNH. I'm responsible of the 𝗙𝗘𝗠 loaded tooth contact analysis (𝗟𝗧𝗖𝗔) of the worldwide CNH tractors driveline.In the last 2 years, working in this job position, I've had the opportunity to develop strong competencies on the 𝗥&𝗗 field: - 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝟯𝗗 for the FEM LTCA - Agricultural 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 and driveline - 𝗚𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 and optimization I hold a 𝗣𝗵𝗗 in Mechanical Engineering obtained in 2022 at the University of Ferrara. I worked as part of the Applied Mechanics and Vibration research group and the main topics of my research have been: - the development of FEM and Lumped Parameters models for the improvement of 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘀 performances and NVH behavior - 𝗡𝗩𝗛 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 on volumetric pumps and rotating machines - Design of 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 and test rigs for the evaluation of bearing performances.In addition to the relevant technical skills, the Phd helped me to improve an essential goal orientated approach and a strong resiliency to deal with the 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 challenges.The CNH experience gave me the chance to 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 working with collegues from all over the world. In the end, I proudly mention that I moved my first steps on the mechanic field as lathe and milling operator for three years.
