Our competitors are typically using technician labor that is significantly over-skilled for these tasks, and therefore at a much higher hourly wage rate. 3) Our exclusive focus on scheduled PM work, and our ~150,000-site roster creates dense routes with 6 or more stops per day that reduces drive time for our technicians, and therefore our cost to deliver.
