David Holliday is Chief Commercial Officer at Evolve Biologics, an innovative developer of plasma-derived therapeutics. He is responsible for building and leading the company’s commercial organization, and serves on the executive leadership team.Over a three-decade career, David has acquired significant experience in general management, sales, marketing, and business development. He has worked with major public and private multinational companies across pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology sectors.Within these industries, David’s experience spans a wide range of therapeutic areas, including hematology, plasma, immunology, pain, neurology, transplantation, and surgical sealants. He has successfully launched and commercialized biologics (including both plasma and recombinant proteins)within global, US, UK, and other international markets.Prior to joining Evolve Biologics and its predecessor, Therapure Biopharma, David served as Vice President, Commercial Development for Octapharma US, where he led US-based sales and marketing activities across all therapeutic areas.Before joining Octapharma, David served as Vice President, Global Marketing Operations and Hemophilia at Baxter (now Takeda). Here he held responsibility for Baxter’s largest and most profitable business while managing teams across the global bioscience business and prior to that lead the Baxter BioScience UK Business. A successful 17-year tenure, including responsibility for leading key Business Units with Novartis preceded Baxter.David holds a DMS from Kingston University in London and currently lives in Southern California
