It is my responsibility to partner with the President, Vice President, and General Managers of our company on hiring plans, develop candidate generation strategies and screen candidates through the full life-cycle recruiting process. I also am well-versed in employee relations, and am responsible for the coaching, performance and managing all new hires. I am decisive in driving my company’s growth through creative and innovative marketing strategies. When it comes to my knowledge in Marketing I am a skilled and experienced professional who is focused on exceeding revenue goals, and driving high-volume new user acquisition. I am well trained in all aspects of highly effective marketing campaigns both for sales and employment from concept development to execution and launch.
