I directly managed a team that led the global implementation of core digital platforms working with companies such as Salesforce.com, Veeva, IQVIA and Microsoft. I created Teva’s first internal digital services unit that supported local markets with operational needs ranging from content creation, journey building, data governance and platform configurations/setup. With the restructuring efforts in 2018, the new go to market models my team launched created up to 30% in efficiencies and cost savings. By leveraging AI and Machine Learning in markets for both predicting future products for customers to purchase and powering next best actions for our field force/marketing automation journeys, we were able to drive positive impacts on the P&L. -

My team built differentiated customer experiences across brands in Europe by leveraging and re-purposing communication channels such as the Field Force, Events, Social Media and Email. During this time my team also led the GDPR efforts and successfully created and launched a digital customer consent management platform that resulted in thousands of new HCP customer opt-ins.(Looking back, this positioned Teva well when Covid-19 hit as we leveraged these digital relationships to support our virtual interactions when thousands of our field team members were not able to visits customers face to face). Leveraging these digital relationships, we created the pharma industry first Virtual Ambassador who was responsible for selling to HCPs mainly via social channels. This program was such a success that we integrated parts of it in various local go to market models globally at Teva. -

In this position I founded Teva’s EHR (Electronic Health Records) department and established an industry award winning strategy. Dealing with 17 day wait times for our medical team to connect with customers, I created a now industry best practice called “MSL On-Demand”, a program which decreased the time of a HCP’s unsolicited request for medical information from 17 days to 7 minutes. -
