Lead implementation of legal steps necessary to create the newly formed Dubai International Financial Centre, including legislation and regulations necessary to license or register firms and individuals in the Centre, supervise their activities and ensure compliance with the law.

Delivered 10-fold growth and 90+ percent global market share through developing bespoke, user friendly trading USPs, including operational, commercial and legal structures.
