Main activities at Feralpi Salò Marketing Department include: support to the development of marketing campaigns in correspondence with the team's event calendar to grant effective execution throughout each of its phase. This involves daily coordination with the company's internal departments and external contractors; bi-weekly meetings organization with the agency in charge of the event roll-out for briefing and debriefing sessions; support to the production of the events' promotional assets; support to the management of any administrative procedures required for new or existing local sponsor or partner agreements. Furthermore, I'm in charge of on-site coordination during the match days to ensure a lean program implementation.
