• Director in Group Treasury Jersey Branch. Prince 2 Project Manager, Business Analyst and deputy to the local Treasurer.
• Project managed a 2 year, large cross-functional software development project to replace the local core Treasury system. Managed; budget, scope, stakeholder communication and a team of external developers.
• Fully automated the processing of Fiduciary Deposits into Investment Bank systems.
• Conducted a Vendor Selection project to source a new system for the structured note Business, followed the RFI, RFP process and presented findings at a group level.
• Managed a $100bn fiduciary deposit book and a $90bn structured debt issuance program.
• Daily use of interest rate swaps to hedge exposure on structured notes.

Newton invests globally in a variety of instruments; including Derivatives, Emerging Market Equities and Fixed Income, and has relationships with eighteen global custodians. The role of Settlements was to deal with exception processing, resolving all fails and investigating major settlement issues.
