I am 23 years old Italian Management Engineering student. 🇮🇹My interest in logic and programming started during my time at a scientific high school with a specialization in computers. Motivated by this passion, I enrolled at Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna, where I pursued a degree in Computer Engineering. In addition to exploring technology, I became interested in innovation and business management. As a result, I decided to further my studies by joining the Master in Management Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano.Motivated by my fascination with technology and its potential to transform the business world, I actively pursued practical projects during my studies. For my bachelor's thesis, I collaborated with Toyota Material Handling to develop software to optimize vehicle routing management. Currently, for my master's dissertation, I am collaborating with Polimi's HR Innovation Practice Observatory to analyze the impact of AI on HR processes.
