Financial Accounting And Reporting Manager
Current- Managed financial reporting, forecasting, budget and analysis, providing financial information to support decision-making.- Performing and preparation day by day journal entries relating to account receivable, account payable, amortization, depreciation, wages, accruals, provisions, banks and other financial information, ensuring that entries comply with accounting principles.- Management and preparation of financial statements and footnotes.- Assistance in preparing periodical documentation to support tax preparation and filing activities.- Management of Board reporting and periodical accounts analysis ensuring a swift and accurate closing on a monthly basis. Management of end-of-month closing activities and reconciliations.- Dealing with external auditors to manage periodical data requests and year-end audit.- Point of contact with the board of statutory auditors for quarterly tax compliance requests and accounting documentation.- Liaises with other departments to check constantly invoiced fees; daily reconciliation of sales ledger and database for accounting system updating and monthly calculation of deferred revenue.- Deadlines management and payments to the suppliers.- Improve financial reporting to introduce operational efficiencies by creating excel models to automate extended trial balance and management accounts. - Coordination with IT on accounting related system changes, upgrade, enhancements or issue log.
