He received the University degree in Electronics and Telecommunication engineering from the University of Ancona (now Università Politecnica delle Marche), Ancona, Italy, in 2001, and the University degree in Astronautic Engineering and Ph.D. degree in Aerospace Engineering from the “Sapienza” University of Rome, Rome, Italy, in 2007 and 2011, respectively. In 2014, and in 2018. He obtains the national scientific qualification to function as a university associate professor, in the sector (09A1): Aerospace Aeronautic Engineering.He is the main author of about 100 international publications, on mobile phone telecommunication systems and electromagnetic field propagation.
