* Assist clients with the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of retail, industrial, office, multifamily, condominium and single family projects* Counsel on syndicated joint venture acquisitions involving sophisticated debt and equity financing

· Represent clients in all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including pre-contract advice and counsel, negotiation of contracts, performance of legal due diligence, title certification, negotiation and preparation of acquisition and finance documents and coordination of closing and closing-related matters.· Structure purchase, sale and refinance transactions involving raw land, office and residential condominiums, single-family and multi-family properties, retail, warehouse and industrial space.· Draft and negotiate commercial leases for landlords and tenants involving retail, multi-family and industrial space.· Represent estate, trust and guardianship fiduciaries in sale and transfer of commercial real estate. · Structure limited liability companies, S-corporations and other joint venture entities tailored to needs of a particular transaction.
