Over 25 years of international experience have allowed me to develop SalesGovernance® the first systemic sales governance model capable of analyzing, structuring and controlling all the significant and critical elements related to the "sales system" to guarantee the sales result by minimizing risk linked to its achievement. I learnt different methods, process and approach like design thinking, agile, lean, BPR, Unicist Evolutionary Approach.It was conceived during the MBA obtained at the Kellogg School of Management and developed first in McKinsey and then experimented directly in the field in important international companies such as Boeing, Henkel, Siemens and Panasonic between Europe, Asia and USA.The model has been engineered in the last 10 years thanks to the application in over 70 business cases and has consisted in accompanying Entrepreneurs, CEOs and Board Members in the definition and implementation of sales governance through the SalesGovernance® model.It was based on building with them the strategic framework, processes and objectives of the "sales system", so that they can create the right conditions for their managers to implement coherent strategies and organize themselves effectively.In addition, I attended The Unicist Research Institute master's degree in strategy, a leading worldwide research institute pioneering the science of evolution since 1976.
