It seems that many different domains of industry ardently look for how they are able to bring in AI or machine learning into their business, unfortunately ending up getting lost. People in the publishing business get more confused than ever if there's a little chance of buying that in the publishing, especially ELT. Recently I myself eye-witnessed a jaw-dropping technology that I'd been longing for since I started my career in the ELT publishing long time ago. Now I'm certain that machine learning really matters and it will or at lean can substantially change the way in which the publishing pipeline should go through or look like. It's been over 8 years since I switched my career to the programing and AI. I've doubted if such a technology can be really brought into the publishing, let alone English education. I'd say 'Yes, it can. And it definitely wil'. Having seen the technology, I often think to myself how lucky I am as there's lots of work waiting for my insight and expertise.

I agreed to helping him for a while.BCM Ansan is a franchised language school, whose main targets are adults including college students who are preparing for official test scores for a job opportunity.I'm also involved in teaching a couple of speaking classes in the evening. This helps me to have more hands-on experience which I have been away from for a while. This job gives me lots of time to think about me. Visang is a company which then was looking for a bigger market in the international realm. I think I was a right fit for this job.I started as CEO of Visang Media, a subsidiary company of Visang, where I planned out the whole concept of a new program that would be targeting the global market. At the beginning I gathered up all foreign members who were passionate and eager to die for quality contents. Such a decision brought a new culture and atmosphere to the company which had never had any foreign member in whatsoever, which kept bringing up an HR issue. With little help from the HR, I managed to design what is now the blueprint of 'englisheye'.Since the original prototype of englisheye was approved, Visang made a new business division for this project and put me in charge. With more staff members, I initiated project englisheye, a 6 million dollar project where at least 30 full time workers involved plus outsourcing companies.Unfortunately, the original concept of targeting the global market died out and couldn't come into fruition as the company feared of coming into where they have never been. Instead, I was told to test out englisheye in the domestic market first. All of sudden, lots of words and comments started coming in from all different directions, claiming that those were what had been witnessed and monitored in the Korean market. Having managed to fight for the core values of englisheye which were revised to fit for the domestic market though, I thought my duty was over and such a thing could be handled by anyone who has a strong business mindset. This led me to meeting world-renowned players and scholars, with some of whom I dare had a chance to stay for a few nights socializing and enlightening myself on critical points and issues. Thus I came up with my own complete lists of vocabulary, upon which the Reading Oceans, one of my biggest projects, was designed and now it has become the company's cash cow.
