In my role at Workvivo, I have had the opportunity to establish and lead the Quality Assurance function. Currently, I oversee the software testing team, focusing on developing testing strategies and implementing best practices in software testing. My work involves collaborating closely with colleagues across the Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Experience departments to support the delivery of high-quality products.My goal is to continuously improve the integration of quality assurance throughout our product development processes, ensuring that both team and product potentials are fully realised in a supportive and effective manner.
