ECM key objective is to implement a new flexible solution to enhance and automate new building plan approval processes and workflows, improve system integrations, increase internal efficiencies reducing manual data input and speeding up information retrieval, enhance collaboration and decision making, improve new build project tracking and reporting.- (September 2020 - Today) Lead Data Strategy, implementing SeaDataHub - innovative Carnival Corporate platform to collect reports from various business areas, organized by users’ personalized catalogs, with the goal of informing and connecting the whole organization in a more efficient and transparent way - and Fleet Management Dashboards to effectively measure fleet management process performances- (September 2020 - October 2023) IT Lead of Carnival Corporate MAST (Maritime Asset Strategy Transformation) program, with the responsibility of shore and ship technical infrastructure deployment, AMOS integrations with 3rd parties systems (e.g. Logistic providers), applications ecosystem support, Operations & Security. MAST key goal is to standardize ship technical maintence processes, applications data management across all Carnival Brands through the implementation of a common ecosystem.

MAST key goal is to standardize ship technical maintence processes, applications data management across all Carnival Brands through the implementation of a common ecosystem- Lead onboard mobile application evolution, to manage processes for Hotel and Technical Maintenance services (Hotel and Technical Work Orders, Ship Inspections, Guest info management), improving efficiency and reducing Crew workload, integrated with Asset Management systems- Lead Data Strategy, implementing Fleet Management Dashboards to effectively measure process performances for Asset Maintenance, Costs Control, Dry Dock, HESS, Inventory, New Building, Ship Inspections, Technical Procurement

I’ve been the Leader of Asset Management Product Team, designing the Product Roadmap for Technical & Fleet Governance Operations in collaboration with Business Stakeholder. This role steps the change from Brand (Costa or Costa Group) level to Corporation role and visibility. My value added was to:- contribute to shaping the overall Tech product strategy- grant coherence between business objectives and technology choices and roadmaps- ensure the timely delivery of Product evolutions to support Business in continuous improvement and process efficiency

Mission of this role was the analysis & review of Ships Maintenance and Purchase processes, the backbone of Technical Operations as sponsored by Costa VP and later on by Carnival Maritime SVP, through the improvement of involved IT systems and solutions.Under this role, I developed “HOMER” which was the first mobile tool for Hotel and Engine department to run inspections and finalize corrective actions onboard. Totally custom, totally developed from scratch, with total costs, timeline and TCO much lower if compared to on the shelf market solutions.

I developed from scratch a totally tailor-made solution, available both as web and mobile version, sponsored by Costa CEO to:- monitor Company business processes with Dashboards and KPIs- manage on Web application but also on mobile platforms quality Audits and Inspections- monitor the life cycle of all Non Conformities and Corrective Actions

I implemented the first CRM suite and the first Contact Center suite in Costa bringing in the Company my previous experience in TelCo and consultancy (PWC and CapGemini).Thanks to my work, I put the foundation for the Unified UE contact center that Costa developed: an integrated B2B and B2C, multichannel platform, able to:- Develop sales opportunities and trade marketing activities- Improve centralized collaboration- Enable a structured analysis and consolidated commercial P&L
