Develop Sell-out activities following the logic of Heineken Italy's Picture of Success:- Display: focus on presence, visibility and shelf share references;- Extra-display: focus on national promotional plan, negotiation and activation of local initiatives at points of sale to maximize sell-out and product visibility.I cover Brescia, Verona and Mantova's area where there are about 130 customers belonging to different chains of the large-scale retail trade with different Store Format (Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Superettes, Cash&Carry). In this role I am responsible for multiple activities:- execution of national and local promotional plans;- local negotiations of displays in promotional areas, store improvements and new product placement;- implementation of category projects and management of multiple assets in order to achieve corporate strategy;- operational management of in-store activation and events;- improvement of product visibility and implementation of best practices for shelf display through permanent and temporary tools;- achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives;- follow up/post evaluation analysis of all locally agreed and implemented activities.
