I am a PhD student in Space Engineering at Politecnico di Milano and part of the Deep-space Astrodynamics Research and Technology (DART) research group. Specifically I work for the ERC funded EXTREMA project. My PhD focuses on the development of algorithms and software for highly-autonomous deep-space CubeSats supported by Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing. My deepest research interests include autonomous Guidance Navigation and Control (GNC), intelligent spacecrafts software with goal-oriented re-planning capabilities, and Processor-In-the-Loop (PIL).I also have active experience with CubeSat space mission design, with expertise in Attitude and Orbit Control System (AOCS) and system engineering.
