In addition to previously responsibilities, I was tasked to lead the security function for over ~200 institutions and was Editor of a comprehensive Security Readiness publication. In 2017, began the development of a new project mobilizing JCC professionals to assist other JCCs and their communities in times of crisis.Highlights include:►Navigated the organization through an extremely difficult security crisis in 2017 which involved crisis communications, security processes, resource allocation, and national media appearances.►Devised JResponse, a new and proactive approach to disaster relief that mobilized and deployed JCC staff worldwide to assist with natural disasters and crises.►Oversaw the deployment of JCC professionals to Pittsburgh in the aftermath of synagogue shooting, sending a total of over 60 volunteers from 25 JCCs in a seven-week period.

In addition to previous responsibilities, direct the work and budget of JWB Jewish Chaplains Council. Was chief of staff to four Board-level committees.Highlights include:►Oversaw the JWB Jewish Chaplains Council, which recruits and endorses rabbis to be military chaplains, and provides direct services to current and veteran Jewish military and their families. ►In that capacity, raised $2M for special projects and annual fund raising►Tasked to drive future membership models for JCCs, financial sustainability, and engagement across Jewish community. While in this role, I led Strategic Performance group that achieved organizational excellence and performance metrics through data analysis, various tools, and JCC Excellence: The Benchmarking Project. I also served as Content Director at JCC Association's conferences and executive leadership seminars and consulted with 23 JCCs across the country.Highlights include:►Devised a proprietary, industry-leading leadership process and strategic thinking methodology which was adopted by 15 JCCs. As Vice President, I provided community services consulting to 27 JCCs and communities across the U.S. and coordinated system-wide services for JCCs across the eight-county, Metro NY area (NYC, Nassau-Suffolk, and Westchester)Highlights include:►Retained the affiliation of 21 of 22 NY Metro agencies over four years.►Oversaw the development of a new Client Contact CRM system for JCC Association, and upgrades to attendant database of leaders and professionals of ~200 JCCs

I was brought on in an executive-level role to lead operations for a $5.4M agency consisting of 4,000 members and 300 employees serving 16,000 individuals each year. While in this role, I fostered joint programs with sister agency in Jerusalem, Israel and established the Queens Jewish Agency Coalition.Highlights include:►Reached new and existing members in the community through new programs in arts, culture, special events, and ECE.►Ensured optimal operations for the organization through continuous improvements and enhancements including the implementation of a new financial reporting system that increased financial transparency.►Attained governmental grants for major capital improvements and the Y’s overnight camp.

As Executive Director, I provided strategic leadership to a $2.2M health, human, and educational services agency serving 10,000 people in the Jewish community with direct oversight of a team of 50+ professionals. I was also a key decision maker and oversaw the work of a 42-member Board of Directors. Highlights include:►Reestablished JCC's standing, commitment, and integrity in the community by optimizing operations, developing new, innovative programming, and delivering on all micro-capital campaign promises.►Secured the future of JCC for the next generation by raising $4M in state funding, capital campaign contributions, and the largest gifts in the history of the JCC. Applied funding towards building renovations and handicap accessibility.►Restructured existing business model and established a new community campus at the JCC facility.
