I was the the primary point of contact for our customer Philip Morris, and for the different key account specialists, on the various Philip Morris sites in Switzerland. My main responsibility was to track and to achieve our critical KPI’s in our inhouse program and proactively manage the workload and inhouse budget. In parallel I kept my role of Account Specialist in PMI Lausanne:1) Management of the Account - continuous improvement of the service and performance by closely interacting with the Client:- Advising the Client regarding how to decrease costs and increase productivity- Continuous analysis of the services standards and proposals for actions on improvement- Organizing quarterly business reviews- Advising regarding extra services that could lead to a better performance- Responsibility for DSO2) Leadership Account Specialists : Coaching and Development- Ensuring communication, transparency and motivation of the teams on site- Follow-up, evaluation and adjustment of results on different sites- Evaluation of the competencies and performances of the AS, with the aim of development- Communication of information and strategy to the teams and leading implementation (Strategy, decisions etc.)3) Project support : Innovation and new services- Implementation of new tools- Actively support the Randstad tech and touch strategy by making use at it on the employee and customer side- Lead specific project linked with the site or account strategy4) Account Specialist's tasks:(see previous role)

My career in Randstad started in our account in Philip Morris International's offices, based in Lausanne.1) Summer Job Program:- Selection and on-boarding of Summer Students, complete files' administration from the entry to the exit of the employee2) HR administration:- Supporting the recruiter on site- Helping the team with the HR administration and paperwork- Welcome meetings organisation and employees enrollment

- Supervision of 40-50 telephonists for every shift- In charge of the introduction of new employees and of the training for new projects- Controlling the quality of work of the team, coaching and evaluating employees- Daily reporting and statistics
