With over 20 years of experience in music legal and business affairs, I provide consulting services to Opus Music Group, a leading music investment fund. I advise on acquisitions, perform due diligence, review and analyze artist, publishing and distribution agreements, leveraging my skills in new media, copyright, and the music industry. Prior to the sale to Reservoir Media Management, I worked as Business and Legal Affairs executive at Tommy Boy Music, a legendary hip-hop and electronic music label, where I handled all legal and business affairs for their roster of artists and catalog. Prior to that, I was Senior Vice President and General Manager at Amherst Records/AVCO H&L Records, where I helped develop the iconic independent record label grow to a value of over $20.5M. My mission is to continue to support the creative and commercial success of music artists and companies, while protecting artist and owners rights and interests. I am passionate about music and its impact on culture and society, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the music industry.
