Responsible for the day to day operation of the survey department, production and marketing.

Positions: Manager of Platting (Pompano Beach office, 1998-2010); Field Crew Supervisor (Maitland office, 2008-2010)Duties: Meet with clients to review the surveying, platting and development of vacant property. Attend and represent projects at Development Review Committees, Planning and Zoning Boards, and City and County Commission meetings. Prepare ALTA/ACSM boundary and topographic surveys, special purpose surveys, as-built surveys, residential plot plans, foundation and final surveys, commercial and residential subdivision plats and various sketches using AutoCAD Land Desktop. Prepare legal descriptions using Microsoft Word for easements and land conveyances. Examine title commitment documents, deeds and prepare reports outlining matters affecting real property. Research LABINS and other sources for certified corner records, benchmarks and horizontal control monuments. Research county public records and property appraiser’s websites for land information. Review FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Maps and prepare Elevation Certificates. Prepare and process applications to abandon and vacate easements and rights-of-way. Prepare backup information and calculations for construction stake-out and schedule field crews. Review field notes for errors and completeness. Prepare proposals and work orders for field and office related surveying services.

Positions: Survey Field Crew Supervisor (1992-1994); Plat Processor (1994-1998) Duties: Supervise and schedule three (3) survey field crews and one (1) draftsperson. Prepare and process plats and other matters requiring approval by local municipal and county agencies and commissions.

Prepare surveys, plats and legal descriptions. Compile back-up information and calculations to support survey crews.
