I am the founding partner of Ruini & Partners, a law and accountancy firm based in Sassuolo (MO), Italy. My main responsibilities within the firm include the following: to assist Italian and foreign clients in relation to corporate law matters, with a specific focus on M&A, company law, taxation and real estate; to assist Italian and foreign clients in the negotiation and drafting of national and international contracts (e.g. a wide variety of commercial agreements relevant to the ceramics industry, distributorship agreements, agency agreements, sponsorship agreements, stock option contracts, etc.); to provide detailed legal and business strategic consultancy, particularly to foreign companies that intend to purchase assets in Italy.
