The WCN recruitment software is a highly configurable web system made in Perl and using Perl best practices. I worked in the development of new functionalities to this system, this included programming in Perl, Catalyst, Moose, DBIx, Template Toolkit and JavaScript.

As programmer in Software Development Department I have been working on development of new modules and improvements to existing control panels.Arsys control panels are web panels, with complex and rich features (demos are available in http://www.arsys.es/ayuda/demos.htm). The panels allow clients a easy way to manage many services (DNS, FTP, MySQL, Urchin, etc). They are developed in PHP using the MVC design pattern.So in this period I've learned a lot of OOP PHP development and also about systems services.

I worked designing, developing and testing in many projects:* Cloud Computing projects: I worked on the backend of the Cloud Builder project. Mainly I was responsible for database developing in SQL Server. It was an interesting challenge because of the need for fast stored procedures that manage high data volume.* Capacity Management: I was integrating IBM Netcool and Proviso with the Arsys systems. This includes web development in Java, scripting in Perl and Oracle programming.* Maintenance of a 2 tier inventory application made in VB6 and SQL Server.* Maintenance of several Perl scripts. During this time I have acquired a good knowledge of Perl language, including Object-Oriented Perl.
