My role was to forge the path into the information age of plumbing distribution by recruiting, hiring, and developing world class teammates. Integrated the sales and operational segments of the business to build a more responsive and streamlined inventory position. Drove the implementation of technology by introducing web and app-based ordering systems. Eliminated profit leaks by improving existing and developing new systems. • Recruited, hired, and integrated 10 new teammates over 18 months, growing the team to 42.• Eliminated $750,000 worth of dead inventory over 8 months, reducing total inventory value by 14%.• Selected to lead strategic business initiative integrating retail showroom fulfillment operation adding 400 SKU’s valued at $400,000.
