I was in charge to manage worldwide operations within Electro industry, taking care about marketing budget, sales strategies and solutions strategic developments.

I was in charge of developing business for the Electro Vertical Solution in the Iberian Peninsula as part of the strategy to focus on key global industries. I was even acting as sales manager of the subsidiary of Barcelona, trying to increase business across Spain, collaborating with the marketing and professional service departments.From June 2006 I was even appointed, as Business Partner Manager of IBS Integrator, for Spain and Portugal.

I was the director of the sales and marketing department and my role was to manage activities for establishing relations with the business partners and developing the business in all the territory.Accordingly with the HQ’s strategy, we have been focalized on the different Vertical markets where IBS solutions were able to bring add value. It was a winning strategy in fact we signed an interesting agreement with Itriafarma, establishing strong cooperation that till today is giving good results to the Italian subsidiary.At the end of 2004 I have joined the Iberian Group, for being part of the project: “develop the Electro Vertical Market in Iberia”.

I have been appointed for doing the start up of the direct market. In 2001 we have gained an interesting customer, Fogliani, an electrical distributor that introduce us in the sector of the electrical distributor, something that gave the possibility to start, in Italy, with the local vertical strategy for the electrical wholesaler.
