Working with the Network Core Systems Center (NCSC) we are responsible for break/fix activities across the Charter domain. Our team is the initial engagement for service-related network outages and impairments. Our primary function is to quickly identify the problem, troubleshoot the issue, and resolve impact. We work closely with the NOC, ISP, other verticals and vendors until resolution. Our team must effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment. This position requires a high level of competence in LAN/WAN technologies, routing/switching platforms, L2/L3 routing protocols and Physical layer troubleshooting with onsite-support. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are necessary. We work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
