With the responsibility of the whole IT Department, I coordinate internal resources and external consultants as well, dealing with all aspects, both contractual and operational, for a complete department management.I manage daily operation/change for all Company's applications and multiple projects from time to time, performing requirement analysis, project planning and follow-up, effort estimation, budget follow-up and coordination with transversal teams (infra, vendor….). I also act as single point of contact for "projects"​ "application / architecture"​ development and related questions.My current role is business-oriented, but having a background in application development and architecture is a big advantage, since I know exactly which could be the technical critical points, how to approach them and drive them to developers team.I'm working closely with the German HQ, carrying out the function of "Project Manager" for all new IT implementation in Italy. Some of my tasks are:- Identification of new partners and suppliers for IT services.- Contract negotiation with supplier.- Responsibility of all informatics related activities (SAP System, Enterprise Software, Telephony & Networking, Clients, etc.)- Information Technology Department coordination and supervision.- Sizing of IT infrastructure, by looking at business needs, development and costs. - Responsible for IT budget, Project Management and supervision for all IT implementations in Italy. - Management of IT changes and developing new processes. - Management of SAP modules: SD - MM - FI - CO - BC and EDI interfaces.- Improvement of local IT solutions in relation to Business needs.

I joined into the integration team, to design and improve Hospital IT systems, with main focus on SAP infrastructure which moved from mainframe technology to a SAP IS-H / IS-H MED core components, with, in addition, new administrative and clinical integrated systems into the landscape.
