Besides being the technical leader for most of the projects, he also follows up with operations, recruitment, human resources, PMO, marketing, sales, and finance departments to make critical decisions that will impact the success of the company.With almost 20 years of experience in the software development industry, Davide has led projects in different verticals for clients in the USA, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Europe. Making sure the team works with the best technology that adapts to the client and project, the best practices are being followed, and the best UX/UI experience. Davide also is the owner of a food supplement franchise in Escazú, Costa Rica, that sells the best fitness supplement brands. And recently open an Italian restaurant to keep to honor his family's recipes and legacy in the culinary industry. The focus in these 2 companies has been on delivering an outstanding customer service experience and working with the marketing team to increase sales.In addition to running multiple businesses, Davide has invested in SaaS and Web3 startups.
