CurrentManager of Customer SupportProvide Customer Support for itrezzo Unified Contact Management and CiraSync Azure Software as a Service products via telephone, email, and online chat and meetings. Customers are based all over the U.S. and Canada and included government, military, education, and the investment banking industry. I provided support for customers with offices in Asia-Pacific Rim, Europe and South America. Product is very heavily based on Exchange and Office 365, and I provided customers with support for their Exchange and Office 365 environments when needed.Duties include management of Customer Support staff and handling of escalation and tracking of support requests and metrics.Sr. System and Network ManagerBuilt, managed and maintained server, network, and desktop infrastructure supporting production, development, test, and support environments. All servers were Windows 2008, 2003, and Linux servers running under VMware ESX and ESXi 3.5, 4, and 5. Servers included Exchange 2007 and 2010 SP2, Active Directory, BES 5.x and 10, MS SQL 2008+, IIS 6&7, and ASP.NET. All storage was based on a NAS/SAN infrastructure. Infrastructure was Datacenter based in San Jose, with offices in Campbell, and development in the Ukraine.Moved Datacenter’s three times in 2 years.
