David offers a wealth of practical, hands-on experience gained through delivering complex road and transport infrastructure projects in senior leadership roles on jobs ranging from large motorway upgrades to geotechnical slope reconstructions to arterial duplications across a variety of contract types (RCC, TIC-CO, D&C, Alliance, CPA, MWC). David’s technical expertise in contract drafting, analysis and administration has been furthered by his successful completion of the Master of Construction Law at the Melbourne Law School (graduating with First Class Honours) and the Professional Certificate in Arbitration at the University of Adelaide. He has also undertaken specialist study on delay and disruption and security of payment legislation. David is a registered Adjudicator under the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017.David’s collaborative approach and exceptional written and oral communication skills enable him to assist parties to resolve complex and significant contractual claims in a timely, efficient and lasting manner. He has extensive experience administering and determining issues in accordance with the claims and dispute provisions of infrastructure contracts.
