-Investigating the correct amount of Costs of Poor Quality encountered in the year of 2018 for the department of Large Luminous Surfaces based on Juran's Total Quality Management theory.-Analyzing root causes behind process failures through FMEA analysis-Analyzing and redesigning internal processes to decrease process failures-Designing dashboard to keep track of quality-related Performance Indicators.
