I managed the processing, funding, delivery, and execution of portfolio and secondary market loans, as well as provide education and training opportunities for our originators. One of the most significant parts of this job is managing vendor relationships with service providers and most importantly investors. In 2011, I established a relationship with a QC provider to bring DCCU in line with investor requirements and subsequently improved processes and procedures with the feedback provided. I led DCCU's first delegated underwriting application, leading to vendor approval, and putting DCCU on the path to GSE approval.

Responsibilities included managing mortgage origination and playing an active role integrating mortgage origination into our DuPont Community CU's branch network.I currently am focused on implementing and optimizing the use of web applications and reporting software within the Lending area of DuPont Community Credit Union.Systems that I am currently utilizing are Prime Alliance (www.primealliancesolutions.com), Akcelerant (www.akcelerant.com), and Microsoft SQL queries of the USERS Core database. My goals in optimizing these systems lie mainly in ensuring that our CU is getting the most out of the systems we use, and creating efficiencies while lowering operating costs. This will occur through risk analysis, workflow analysis, process refining, and cost removal. My tasks are also combining with current efforts towards creating business intelligence to help analyze our current practices clearly and regularly.

As the 8th Grade Team Leader, I serve as a liason between the 8th grade faculty and the administrators. I also set the agenda and lead the 8th grade team meetings as they are needed.Prepare daily lesson plans with the goal of leading 3 classes of 20-25 8th grade students through a pre-algebra curriculum. I am currently working with a provisional license from the state of Virginia.
