CurrentLead a team of 20 revenue analysts, spanning the Latham network, in Los Angeles, Hong Kong, London, Manchester, and New York.Our Revenue Analysts provide insight into the economic performance and financial health of clients, matters, and legal teams. We leverage this insight to drive strategic decisions by collaborating directly with the firm's most senior leaders, the firm's partners and associates, and our peers in Business Development, Attorney Development, Pro Bono, Knowledge Management, and Strategic Library Services. Our core work improves client retention, accelerates inventory turnover, optimizes attorney staffing, reduces fee write-offs, evaluates the strengths and opportunities of our legal practices, assesses the strategic value of current clients, and estimates the potential value of new offices and acquisitions.Launched the Firm’s Quant Team, a team of four analysts that support our Emerging Company, Capital Markets, and M&A practices, by developing client-facing financial models used in M&A transactions, SPAC, deSPAC, IPO, and early-stage/venture capital financing engagements. The team is embedded in the deal, working closely with associates, partners, and clients to ensure the model reflects the terms of the deal. The work is highly dynamic as we support the transaction up to the close.
